Gray Space

December is always busy time for me with lots of up-do and hair extensions for Christmas and New Year parties, so I wouldn’t normally be doing any photo shoots at that time especially on a Saturday a couple of weeks before Christmas.

Photographer Duncan Holmes had been looking for a stylist for his Grey Space photo shoot. Everything was set, the date, models Hazel Martin and Ashleigh Greenwood, the clothes from Ten30.co.uk and MUA Cat Gatenby. Duncan had a definite idea in mind for the hair and after connecting to his image I rearranged my morning to work on the shoot.

I Love going back into Glasgow City Centre especially at Christmas time, there is a real buzz you don’t get in a shopping centre. An early morning start having to fight my way through the Christmas shoppers getting to Contrast Studio in Queen Street.

Hazel giving us some Christmas cheer with her brill jumper, she has already got her make up done by Makeup Artist Cat Gatenby. We had to give her a bit of a structure to get a lot of height for Hazels look.
